Meet the Founder
Dev Food & Beverage was founded by a determined and aspiring woman entrepreneur, Mou Ghosh, who was born in 1992 in the Shobharampur area of Faridpur Municipality, Faridpur District, under the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh. Inspired by strong family values, responsibility, and a deep sense of social commitment, she chose entrepreneurship as a means to contribute to society.
While managing her family life, she recognized the need to create employment opportunities and to ensure access to safe drinking water and quality food products for improving the quality of life in the local community. This vision led to the establishment of Dev Food & Beverage.
Her husband, Rajib Ghosh, born in 1984 in Maniknagar village of Talma Union under Nagarkanda Thana, Faridpur District, brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. His extensive expertise in market development, consumer behavior, and business strategy plays a key role in supporting and guiding the company’s growth.
As a local woman entrepreneur, Mou Ghosh founded Dev Food & Beverage with the support of her husband, with a clear mission to provide pure water, safe food, and sustainable employment opportunities for the community. The company is built on the belief that quality water and food are essential foundations for a healthy and dignified life.
